You must use a Participating Agent to receive the most significant part of the Interested Party Contribution.

The Agent’s role includes:

  • Discussing Agency relationships and helping you determine what agency relationship is right for you.
  • Helping you make the most of MLS property search tools to find the right home.
  • Explaining the home buying process.
  • Reviewing various forms in a transaction.
  • Answering questions in a complete and professional manner.

The Participating Agent will credit a portion of his professional fee as an Interested Party Contribution.

What do buyers need to do to qualify for the benefit?

After you sign up , a PayMyClosingCosts.com Benefits Coordinator will contact you.  You’ll be introduced to a Network Agent who will guide you through the entire process.  Your next steps include:

  • Getting pre-qualified and pre-approved by a Network Lender.
  • Set up a personal MLS property search program based upon your interests.     
  • Drive by target properties if practical.  You can also view maps, photos, tours, satellite images, etc. to aid in the selection process.
  • When you narrow your search, contact your Network Agent for a personal tour of the properties.
  • Your Agent will work with you to structure an offer.
  • Upon successful negotiation of an offer, your Agent will guide you through the remainder of the process.
  • Using other Network Service Providers will ensure you enjoy all the benefits of the PayMyClosingCosts.com program
