Revolution Real Estate Services, LLC (RRES) will admit you to its PayMyClosingCosts.com Network of Referral Agents (Network) and refer to you clients or customers (Buyer) it identifies from time to time.

Participating Agent (Agent) shall provide best efforts to consummate real estate transactions for the Buyer in a professional manner consistent with selected services as defined by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission Agency Disclosure, and to execute said form at the first meeting with the Buyer, prior to the exchange of confidential information.

Agent will abide by the rules established by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission and the local Board of REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Agent can be removed from the Network at any time at the sole discretion of RRES.

Agent or Broker shall pay a referral fee at closing to RRES in the amount of 35% of the gross commission earned from the Buyer side of the transaction. Referral fee is deducted from gross commission before any split between Agent and Agent’s Broker. Of that 35%, RRES will authorize the closing agent to disburse 30% of the gross commission earned from the buyer side of the transaction to the Buyer as an Interested Party Contribution. Interested Party Contributions may be limited by law, the lender, or the program that the buyer may use in financing the purchase of the property. The remaining 5% of the gross commission and any amount of the Interested Party Contribution disallowed by law and guidelines will be paid to Revolution Real Estate Services, LLC as a referral fee.

Interested Party Contributions must be disclosed in advance to any Lender and the disbursements listed on the HUD1 Settlement for the transaction.

You shall notify us of a scheduled closing at least 72 hours prior to closing so we can give the closing agent and the lender proper instructions to disburse our referral fee.

After the first transaction, the Buyer is your contact and is yours to keep, free from referral fees unless the Buyer returns to RRES or the Network as a repeat Buyer.

This agreement may be terminated in writing by either party, by e-mail or by First Class Mail to the other party’s business address. This agreement shall apply to real estate transactions placed under contract while it is in effect, even if the agreement is terminated.

This agreement may be modified. Notification to you will be in writing (via email to the e-mail address registered below) upon modification. Upon receipt of the new terms and conditions, you agree to abide by them, unless you terminate the agreement in writing, as provided above. Notice by e-mail may be sent to us at
